Caritas of the Archdiocese of Częstochowa - Food Warehouse
Functionality, quietness and safety thanks to Alamentti MW boards
A new CARITAS headquarters has been built in the heart of Częstochowa – an office space designed with comfort, durability and respect for the environment in mind. The project, with an emphasis on functionality and ergonomics, required top-quality materials. For this reason, the investor decided to use 20 cm thick Alamentti MW sandwich panels with a mineral wool core.
Scope of delivery and implementation
Alamentti supplied complete MW panels, whose prefabrication significantly reduced installation time – the entire structure was built in just three weeks. The entire order (production and delivery) was completed in four weeks, which allowed delays to be avoided and the construction to be completed efficiently.
Applied solutions – benefits for investments
Alamentti MW 20 cm sandwich panels provided a number of key properties:
Sound insulation Rw = 35 dB – guarantees the silence necessary for work and concentration in a spiritual facility.
Thermal parameters λD ≤ 0.038 W/mK; U ≤ 0.18 W/m²K – effective protection against heat loss and real savings on heating costs.
Fire resistance EI 180 (class A2-s1,d0) – the highest level of user safety.
Why Alamentti?
Alamentti solutions were selected due to their ability to meet the stringent requirements of the investor – CARITAS Częstochowa – regarding quietness, durability and energy efficiency. Thanks to prefabrication, it was possible to reduce installation time by up to 70% compared to traditional construction methods.
Summary
The construction of the new CARITAS headquarters in Częstochowa is an example of combining modern technology and a design philosophy based on simplicity, respect and user comfort.
Alamentti products not only met the technical requirements for acoustics, thermal performance and safety, but also contributed to the creation of a space that reflects the organisation's mission and values.
