The Alamentti wall sandwich panel with a mineral wool core is a proven structural solution designed for external and internal walls in industrial, commercial and public buildings. The non-combustible core provides high fire performance and effective acoustic insulation, while a wide selection of profiles allows the aesthetics to be matched to the character of the project. Panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, increasing their versatility.

Core parameters and dimensions:

• Core material: mineral wool with density 75–105 kg/m³ (±15%) – a non-combustible material that effectively limits fire spread and significantly increases building safety
• Available modular widths: 1000 mm, 1150 mm – enabling optimal installation and appropriate spacing of the supporting structure
• Maximum manufacturing length: up to 12,500 mm – helping minimise the number of façade joints
• Standard panel thicknesses: 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 150, 160, 180, 200, 220, 250 mm – a wide range enabling precise matching to the project’s thermal and acoustic requirements

Facing specification:

• External and internal facings: galvanized steel sheet with a polyethylene (PE) coating ensuring corrosion resistance and durability in demanding industrial environments
• Available external profiles: GL, RO, MF, SN, MA, LA, FP, P47*
• Available internal profiles: GL, RO, LA, P25, P47*
