Lightweight, fast and effective roof insulation

The Alamentti roof sandwich panel with an EPS 80-036 core is a lightweight and cost-effective solution for roofs of production halls, warehouses, pavilions and modular buildings. By using high-quality EPS with a thermal conductivity of λ ≈ 0.036 W/m·K and a dedicated TR D trapezoidal roof profile (roof trapezoid), the panel provides optimal thermal insulation, minimal structural dead load and fast installation without wet works.

• Insulation core: EPS 80-036 with λ ≈ 0.036 W/(m·K)
• Facing: galvanized steel with a polyethylene coating

– internal: flat steel sheet 0.4–0.6 mm (available profiles: GL, RO, LA)
– external: flat steel sheet 0.4–0.6 mm (TR profile)

• Joint: lapped joint formed by the profiled trapezoid – effectively drains water away from the panel joint
• Modular width: 1000 mm
• Available core thicknesses: 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250 mm
• Overall thickness with TR D: 115, 135, 185, 235, 285 mm
• Maximum manufacturing length: up to 12.5 m (recommended up to 9 m for dark colours)
• Minimum required roof slope: 4% (can be reduced to 3% with additional sealing of the embossments)
• MSurface weight: approx. 8–13 kg/m²

• Thermal transmittance (Uc): from 0.42 W/(m²·K) at 80 mm thickness down to 0.14 W/(m²·K) at 250 mm thickness
• External fire performance of the roof: Broof(t1)

Installation guidelines and logistics

Installation system:

• Fixing: self-drilling screws and washers (calottes)
• Flashings: made of 0.4–0.6 mm sheet metal, available in the full RAL colour range
• Sealing: dedicated trapezoid sealant

Transport and storage:

• Panels are carefully bundled and protected with protective film
• Transport, storage and on-site installation should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s detailed instructions provided in the technical manuals available on the official website
