Maximum energy efficiency without increasing envelope thickness

DESIGN DUO EPS G is an ALAMENTTI sandwich panel with a graphite EPS G insulation core (λ = 0.031 W/(m·K)), providing higher thermal insulation performance compared to standard EPS F. It features precisely engineered profiling of both steel facings, significantly enhancing the aesthetic value of the entire system.

• External facing: steel sheet formed into modern standing seam profiles – Classic, Duo or MicroWave – giving façades an elegant, architectural appearance
• Internal facing: choice of five low-profile finishes – RO groove, GL smooth, LA linear, P25 micro-trapezoidal or P47 trapezoidal 

Thanks to this design, DESIGN DUO EPS G combines excellent thermal insulation with high aesthetics in one lightweight, easy-to-install panel that accelerates project execution.

Exceptional thermal performance of the EPS G graphite core

The available core thickness range from 100 to 250 mm allows achieving very favourable thermal transmittance values of U = 0.36–0.12 W/m²K. These parameters comply with WT 2021 technical requirements for walls and roofs in lightweight structures, significantly reducing:

• heat losses
• building heating energy demand
• cooling costs during summer periods

Matte façade resistant to corrosion and UV

The external steel facing is coated with Granite® Ultra Mat 35, providing enhanced resistance to UV radiation and corrosion, even in demanding environmental conditions.

The internal steel facing finished with PE 15 or PE 25 is available in 12 RAL colours as well as wood-effect finishes, facilitating integration with industrial and commercial interiors.

Optimal dimensions, lightweight structure and fast installation

DESIGN DUO EPS G panels provide:

• modular width of 1000 mm
• maximum length of 12 m (for dark colours, a recommended length of 6.5 m to reduce thermal deformation risk)
• low weight of 10.7–12.95 kg/m², minimising load on the supporting structure 

Installation is fast and simple using self-drilling fasteners, without any wet works.

Fire safety and quality assurance

• Fire performance: NRO classification (non-fire spreading)
• Corrosion protection: standard C3, optional C5 

Coatings are covered by a 2-year technical and aesthetic warranty, subject to annual inspections in accordance with ALAMENTTI operating guidelines.
