Insulation panels – a comprehensive façade insulation system

The prefabricated façade insulation panel is a modern 3-in-1 thermal insulation solution that combines thermal insulation, structural sheathing and façade cladding in a single layer. Thanks to its aesthetic standing seam profile and high thermal performance, the insulation panel is suitable both for new construction projects and for the thermal renovation of existing buildings.

Key features of the insulation panel:

• External facing: Galvanised steel with Granite Deep Mat 25 coating, corrosion resistance class up to C3 (optionally C4 or C5), available in popular UltraMat colours (RAL 7024–9005), resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions.
• Insulation core – options:

– EPS F λ = 0.036 (white expanded polystyrene)
– EPS G λ = 0.031 (graphite EPS) – enhanced thermal insulation performance

• Panel thickness: 100–250 mm
• Thermal performance: U-value down to 0.15 W/(m²·K), depending on insulation thickness
• Dimensions: modular width 1000 mm, length up to 9.00 m
• Installation: “click-in” joint system, fast installation without thermal bridges
• External profiling: standing seam – Classic, Duo or MicroWave
