Benefits of custom-designed sandwich panelsCustomization for specific needsWe design each panel for a specific application—whether acoustic performance, thermal insulation, fire resistance or mechanical strength is the priority. Thanks to the ability to combine different materials—such as HPL, gypsum plasterboards, OSB, MDF, plywood, cement boards or perforated steel sheet—we create solutions perfectly tailored to the project’s requirements.High quality and functionalityWe use only proven, certified components and the latest industrial bonding technologies. This ensures long-term reliability, user safety and high performance of our insulation systems. Our sandwich panels significantly improve energy efficiency, acoustic insulation and the aesthetics of buildings.Versatile applicationsOur sandwich panel systems perform well in industrial facilities, warehouse halls and technical buildings, as well as in commercial and residential construction. Panels can be used as internal partitions, enclosure elements, façades, machine guards or components of modular structures.Compliance with standards and design flexibilityThe flexibility of our production line allows us to deliver both non-standard one-off orders and large-scale serial production of sandwich panels. With advanced technology and many years of experience in sandwich panel manufacturing, we provide comprehensive customer support—from technical consultations to project delivery.Do you need a non-standard insulation system? Contact Alamentti—we will create sandwich panels perfectly tailored to your construction requirements.

Our key solutions1. Sandwich panels with built-in channels for electrical wiringSandwich panels with factory-integrated channels for electrical installations are a modern solution that combines the function of a building partition with preparation for routing electrical wiring in an aesthetic, safe and organised way.The structure consists of two steel facings and a mineral wool core. During production, we embed flexible conduits (corrugated tubes) within the core. Cables are routed in conduits arranged parallel to the shorter edge of the panel, which makes it easier to locate and install electrical points such as sockets and switches. The layout and number of conduits are defined individually at the customer’s request, in line with design documentation or the specifics of the facility. This makes it possible to fully match the panel to the wiring plan, eliminating the need to interfere with the panel structure during installation and thereby protecting its thermal and fire performance.Applications:

  • cold stores
  • technical containers
  • modular buildings
  • laboratories
  • rooms where visible cable routes are undesirable
  • rooms where interference with wall surfaces after installation is undesirable

Built-in conduits ensure safe cable routing, a neat finish and a significant reduction in installation time. Thanks to factory preparation, cable outlet points are marked and easy to locate during installation.

2. Sandwich panels with gypsum plasterboard (GK)A sandwich panel with a single-sided gypsum plasterboard (G-K) facing and a steel sheet facing on the other side is a specialist building element intended for internal applications where an aesthetic finish, mechanical protection and insulation performance are required at the same time.Construction:

1. Insulation core made of EPS or mineral wool, providing thermal and acoustic insulation as well as fire performance, depending on the selected material.

2. Internal facing made of gypsum plasterboard, enabling an aesthetic surface finish, easy painting and jointing, or installation of lightweight finishing elements. The surface is smooth, visually clean and fits well in usable interiors.

3. External facing made of galvanized or coated steel sheet, which serves protective and structural functions—protecting the partition from mechanical damage, moisture and contaminants, and allowing easy cleaning.

With this combination of facings, the panel can be installed, for example, as a partition between a technical zone and a usable zone—where one side requires a durable, easy-to-clean finish, and the other side an aesthetic interior appearance.Applications:

  • residential and modular construction
  • technical rooms
  • staff welfare / social facilities
  • server rooms
  • temporary facilities

Anywhere where fast installation of sandwich panels, functionality and the ability to route services within the partition are important.Panel installation:Sandwich panels are installed using a tongue-and-groove system to steel structures, with self-drilling fasteners, enabling fast and clean installation without wet works. Panels can also be manufactured to individual customer order—taking into account specific dimensions, core thickness, sheet type and colour.Summary:This solution is an alternative to traditional layered walls built separately from studs, mineral wool and linings, significantly reducing construction time and limiting waste and on-site work.Sandwich panels with gypsum plasterboard on one side and steel sheet on the other combine functionality, durability and aesthetics, which is why they are used in modern modular construction and in spaces where quick adaptation of interiors to specific technical and functional requirements is important.

3. Sandwich panels with any board – including HPLAt our factory, we offer the possibility of manufacturing sandwich panels in which one side can be finished according to the customer’s individual requirements.Solutions with one-sided bonding of an HPL (High Pressure Laminate) board are becoming increasingly popular, as they combine durability, resistance to mechanical damage and an aesthetic surface appearance.Advantages of HPL sandwich panels:These types of panels are ideal for projects where both the insulating function of the core and the strength and ease of cleaning of the external surface are important. Thanks to the use of HPL laminate on one side, the panel gains new functionality and can be used, for example, in:

  • public utility buildings
  • technical containers
  • partition walls
  • industrial enclosure elements

Each sandwich panel order is handled individually, ensuring full adjustment of the material, thickness and type of finish to the specific application of the sandwich panels.Alternative facing materials:

  • plywood
  • MDF boards
  • fibre-cement boards
  • plastics (PET)

Creating sandwich panels that are flexible, durable and ready for installation immediately upon delivery.

4. Acoustic partitions:We offer modern acoustic partitions made using sandwich panel technology, in which the inner facing is perforated sheet metal. This solution combines effective acoustic insulation with high durability and mechanical resistance, and is used wherever noise reduction is required.Technology of acoustic partitions made from sandwich panels: Acoustic partitions made using sandwich panel technology with perforated sheet metal are a modern and effective solution wherever noise reduction is required while maintaining the durability and resistance of the sandwich-panel partition. In such constructions, we use perforated steel or aluminium sheet as the external facing of the sandwich panel, which not only provides mechanical protection but also enables effective sound absorption. Acoustic waves pass freely through the perforations into the inside of the sandwich panel, where they reach a specially selected absorbent core—made of mineral wool or other sound-absorbing materials.Applications of sandwich-panel acoustic partitions:

  • industrial rooms
  • production halls
  • machine cabins
  • service containers
  • noise zones in manufacturing plants

Thanks to the technology used, our partitions feature high acoustic insulation, durability and resistance to external factors. At the customer’s request, we can adjust dimensions, colours, core thickness or protective coatings, which allows us to deliver also non-standard projects requiring an individual approach.
